The house consists of 4 completely equipped apartments, capacity from 2 to 6 persons which offer you full comfort, and the distance from the main street guarantees you peace and quiet. During your vacation, we will be at your service all the time and do our best to make your holiday relaxing, interesting and enjoyable experience. Our wish is for you to feel at home.
  • Short description of apartments
As a part of our offer, we have two apartments for 4 persons, one apartment for 3, and 1 apartment for 6 persons, where in some of them there is a possibility for using additional bed. Each apartment has TV/SAT set, air-conditioning, private bathroom, kitchen, dining-room and bedroom, its own balcony or terrace and a parking space.
  • Location
The apartments Katarina are a part of a family house which is situated on a north-east side of island Vir, in a place called Lucica (Luchica). The advantage of the house is also its location considering the availability and vicinity of all important locations which you will need during you vacation. Grocery shop, bakery shop, little café bar and a restaurant are just few steps from the house and have very good offer. Only ten-minute walk will get you to the center of Vir where you can find restaurant, cafe-bars, discos, some bigger supermarkets and it is a good place for taking a walk, shopping and sight-seeing. Pharmacy, post-office and a church are a half-way to the center (cca. 10 min. walk from the house), and a bus terminal which will take you 15 min. walk.
  • Beach
The nearest beach is called Lucica, and it will take you some 5 ? 10 min. walk to get there. The beach has recently been rearranged, some benches were set and trees planted? Space for the towels and chairs is mainly concrete and gritty, and the sea bottom is mixture of sand and small stones. In a nearby there is a little sea port (Marina) for small boats, ships and yachts. The beach offers you many sport activities such as scooter renting, pedalina, volleyball? And for the refreshment, you can visit café bar which is also situated on the beach and offers you hot and cold drinks, ice-cream and other refreshments.
